Affiliate Payout Policy
This Affiliate Payout Policy explains how affiliate payout details, payout eligibility, payout timing, and payout processing are handled within the LexThai Affiliate Program. By applying to the program and submitting payout information, you agree to the payout conditions described in this policy.
1. Supported Payout Methods
LexThai currently supports affiliate payouts through PayPal or Thai Bank Transfer only. Affiliates must select one of the supported payout methods and provide the corresponding payout details required for that method.
2. Required Payout Details
Before affiliate signup access is granted, applicants must submit complete and accurate payout details. Depending on the selected payout method, this may include PayPal contact details or Thai bank transfer details, together with the required confirmations requested by LexThai during the application process.
3. Monthly Payout Cycle
Approved affiliate balances are reviewed on a monthly payout cycle. Payouts are not issued immediately after each sale and are instead processed as part of LexThai’s structured monthly payout handling process, subject to the program’s approval and payout conditions.
4. Minimum Payout Threshold
Affiliate payouts are processed only when the approved balance reaches at least THB 5,000. If the approved balance does not reach the minimum threshold during a payout cycle, the balance may remain pending and carry forward to a future payout period, subject to continued program validity.
5. Accuracy of Submitted Payout Details
Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted payout details are complete, accurate, and current. Missing, incomplete, outdated, or incorrect payout details may delay affiliate access, payout review, or payout processing. LexThai is not responsible for delays or failed transfers caused by inaccurate details submitted by the affiliate.
6. Payout Processing and Discretion
Affiliate payout transfers are handled manually in accordance with LexThai’s internal payout process. LexThai reserves the right to review payout eligibility, verify application details, and withhold, delay, or decline payout processing where the submitted information, referral activity, or qualifying sale status does not meet the program’s requirements.
