Create or log in to your LexThai account
To join the affiliate program, you must first have an active LexThai site account. This ensures your affiliate access, submitted details, and future payout records are connected to your member profile.

Submit your required payout details
Before affiliate signup access is granted, you must submit the required payout details through the LexThai process. Depending on your selected payout method, this includes either valid PayPal details or valid Thai bank transfer details, together with the required confirmations.

Get the affiliate signup access
Once the required payout information is submitted correctly, you can continue to the affiliate signup step and activate your affiliate access. This allows you to enter the affiliate system and use the tools provided for referral tracking and account management.

Promote LexThai using your affiliate tools
After becoming an affiliate, you can start sharing your referral link through your own channels, audience, network, or business contacts. When potential clients use your referral path and complete a valid qualifying purchase, the sale can be tracked under your affiliate account.

Earn commission on valid approved sales
You earn commission only on valid approved sales that are successfully tracked, fully paid, and not later cancelled, refunded, charged back, or otherwise invalidated. Approved balances are handled according to the program’s monthly payout cycle and payout threshold rules.

Before applying, it is important to understand how commissions, payouts, and affiliate eligibility work. The LexThai Affiliate Program is built around clear commercial rules, supported payout methods, and transparent conditions designed to protect both the affiliate and the platform.
20% Commission on Valid Sales
LexThai affiliates earn 20% commission on valid approved sales across the eligible membership plans included in the program. Commission applies only when the sale is successfully tracked, fully paid, and remains valid under the affiliate program rules.
THB 5,000 Minimum Payout Threshold
Affiliate payouts are processed only when the approved balance reaches at least THB 5,000. If the minimum threshold is not reached during a payout cycle, the balance remains pending and can carry forward to a future monthly payout period, subject to continued program validity.
Included Membership Plans
Eligible plans currently include Traveler Legal Care, Resident Legal Plan, Business Legal Partner, and Elite Member, subject to the active affiliate program configuration and any future updates made by LexThai.
Supported Payout Methods
LexThai currently supports affiliate payouts through PayPal or Thai bank transfer only. Affiliates must select one of these supported methods and provide the required payout details before affiliate signup access is granted.
Monthly Payout Cycle Review
Approved affiliate balances are reviewed on a monthly payout cycle. This means commissions are not paid immediately after each sale but are handled as part of LexThai’s structured monthly payout process, subject to the program threshold and payout eligibility conditions.
Required Payout Details and Affiliate Responsibility
Applicants must submit complete and accurate payout details before affiliate signup access is allowed. Missing or incorrect details may delay access or payout processing, and LexThai is not responsible for delays or failed transfers caused by affiliate-submitted errors.
Important Program Note:
Commission is earned only on valid approved sales. Refunded, cancelled, failed, charged-back, duplicated, suspicious, or otherwise invalidated transactions do not qualify for commission under the LexThai Affiliate Program.
