Affiliate Terms
These Affiliate Terms govern participation in the LexThai Affiliate Program. By applying to join the program or participating as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these terms, together with any related payout rules, application requirements, and program conditions communicated by LexThai.
1. Program Participation
The LexThai Affiliate Program is intended for eligible individuals, creators, business partners, and professionals who wish to promote LexThai’s services through approved referral activity. Participation in the program is subject to LexThai’s application process, required information submission, and ongoing compliance with program rules.
2. Affiliate Access and Application Requirements
Before affiliate signup access is granted, applicants must complete the required application process and submit accurate payout details based on the supported payout methods made available by LexThai. Submission of incomplete, misleading, or inaccurate information may delay, restrict, or prevent affiliate access.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates are eligible to earn 20% commission on valid approved sales generated through properly tracked referrals under the LexThai Affiliate Program. Commission applies only to qualifying sales that meet the program’s tracking, payment, and approval conditions.
4. Valid and Invalid Sales
Commission is earned only on valid approved sales. Sales that are refunded, cancelled, charged back, duplicated, unpaid, suspicious, fraudulent, or otherwise invalidated do not qualify for commission under the program. LexThai reserves the right to determine whether a referred transaction qualifies as a valid approved sale under these rules.
5. Affiliate Conduct
Affiliates must promote LexThai in a lawful, accurate, and responsible manner. Misleading claims, false representations, abusive promotion methods, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that may damage LexThai’s brand, reputation, or operations may result in rejection, suspension, or removal from the affiliate program.
6. Program Changes and Discretion
LexThai may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the affiliate program, including program structure, eligibility, included offers, or operational processes, where reasonably required for business, legal, operational, or risk-management purposes. Continued participation in the program remains subject to the then-current program rules and policies.
